  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

    Pre-designed products are priced accordingly based on size and design and no extra cost is added to add on a Custom Name these Prices are listed in the product listing.

  • Turn around times are based on order size, previous order logs pending completion and on hand materials.

    We strive to have a 2-3 week turn around time prior to shipping. This time frame may increase during peak order seasons such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, and all major holidays.

    Turn around times will be discussed with clients when making custom orders.

  • Shipping is done using Canada Post Tracked Package and is a flat rate fee.

    Your order will ship once it has gone through the processing and assembly time.

    Canada Post arrival times can vary based on Seasons, Weather, and Location.

    Local packages within Canada can be delivered by Canada Post within 1-5 Business Days or 7 - 14 Business Days, this can vary again based on Canada Post conditions.

    International Packages include tracking, and can take roughly 7-14 Business days to reach the Boarder. Again arrival times are determined by Canada Post

  • All Packages through Canada Post with Tracking includes Liability Coverage.

    If your package is lost or has been stolen, please reach out to Canada Post and open a Lost Package / Stolen Package Ticket.

    There is a process through Canada Post and we cannot create new product until the issue has been investigated by Canada Post and the ticket cleared

  • We take our customer service very seriously. If your package arrives Damaged please reach out to us within 1-4 Business Days so we can open a ticket regarding the damages.

    Please be advised that we will need product photo’s of the damage, including the delivery box and you’r order information such as reciept or order number to find your order in our records.

    We will work due diligently to replace your products and ensure that Canada Post tickets are opened.

  • We do not offer refunds on Custom Orders under the following circumstances.

    Buyers remorse
    Small Imperfections (Products are handmade and as such there will be slight imperfections as items are not machine mass produced)
    Slight Color Differences Computer & Phone monitors all have different levels of color display, so we cannot be responsible for slight color difference between displayed products and real life physical items
    Late Arrivals Once your order is with Canada Post we have no control over the shipping speeds or time frames in which Canada Post delivers products so returns and refunds for late arrivals cannot be processed.

  • Each package shipped will include a Care Card with instructions on how to care for your ordered product. Some items are made using epoxy, which needs to be cleaned and maintained in accordance. Care Cards are provided to ensure that you know the cleaning and washing directions and what not to do with your customized Epoxy Tumblers.
